The game just finished on Sky Sports 1. He came on as a sub to replace Figo. The Real fans were cheering every time he went it with tackle. I guess he's meant to balance out the flair of the other players with some grit and determination.

Gravesen is an excelent replacement for Makelele and its about time they got one and i believe Gravesen is the right man for the job.

Guese the new Manager knows what the team needs, but Gravesen was not the first pick, they wanted Gerrad after they couldn't get him went with nr. 2

Me neither. He came into form for Everton before he left, but still...

3-1 was the final score. David Villa Sanchez put Zaragoza 1-0 up, but Raul equalised and Ronaldo gave them the lead. Michael Owen came on as a sub and got the third.

Diego Forlan has scored 7 goals in 5 games, which as a Man. Utd. fan annoys me.

I've a mate who's a mad Everton fan and he's rated Gravesen for years, reckons he's one of the best around at his job and never stops runnin or pressin. Can tackle, pass and score, i reckon Real got a bargain.
