Technology Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City, or San Andreas

Fuck is it, GTA 3 shits on San Andreas on missions, so does Vice City.

i woulda voted 4 GTA: San Andreas but its get boring ive never got bored of gta3
and vice city imo couldve been better but that was a fun game too

All are good games, but I think Vice City did the best job in terms of really making you feel like you were in the 80's. The music, the clothes, the neon. Plus Ray Liotta was the shit in that game. Storyline wise, it seemed to make more sense and it wasn't so all over the place like SA. However I love the size of SA, you can literally just drive around for hours exploring and still not see everything.

IMO Vice City>San Andreas>GTA 3

GTA San Andreas is my favorite of the 3. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was somewhat too big (area wise).

GTA3 was revolutionary for the series
Vice City I wasn't feeling as much, though the return of bikes was a welcome feature
GTA: SA is hand-down the best yet. It's amazing.

the next one on the next generation will have a hard time beting San Andreas to me but I am sure it will.

i havent played vice city i wasnt feelin the whole 80's theme but i might go pick it up now since its only 19 bucks (greatest hits title, like san andreas). Also, circuit city has san andreas on sale for 9 bucks last week i copped it its the special edition ...whats the difference between the special edition and reg san andreas?

overall tho from what i've seen/played, i like san andreas the best i just wish it had a mix of east coast and west coast music on the soundtrack from the early to mid 90's, but other than that i think thats the best one

i liked gta 3 because it wasnt a specific time set in the game and original music was in the game for the most part. and it was more cinematic to me much like what i've seen from vice city previews...

My favourite would be GTAIII through, I love the storyline the best. Vice City is a good second, mostly because of the bikes. San Andreas sucks major donkey balls, waaaaay too big.

San Andreas was fun but after a while it got boring beating it twice ad then just riding around but sometimes when i have nothing to do u just wride around and do stunts bonuses on the bikes or quads

Only GTA 1 had bikes.


GTA3: It was boring, never really liked it.
GTA VC: I loved the feeling of the '80s, it was a very dope game.

I loved all of those games in their time. I spent hours playing each part but I think I had the most fun with Vice city. San andreas had more options and was a little bit more advanced but it also came out later and wasn't that groundbreaking.

^^what do you mean? there was a pc version as well. it didnt run properly on my computer because it barely met the recommended specs to run the game properly.
