There was a murder in england by a goth he killed his girlfriend in the same way as shown in a book by marilyn mason. i know this doenst happen all the time but it freaked me out

That's exactly what I thought when I read that post.

Yeah, Mitchell was into Manson but the thing that made people talk about this was, supposedly Manson has a penchant for a certain 'killer' in his songs (I don't know the name) & Mitchell killed Jodi Jones (his girlfriend) in a copycat killing, copying one of this 'killer's' kills down to the the types & placing of cuts that were made on Jodi Jones.

Anyways, Goths, yeah they're everywhere. In regards to Illuminattile's comment, I think what bothers people about Goths is the way they dress (make-up included). I think you'll agree that to your average Brit that shit is a lot scarier than a kid with Adidas trainers & some baggy jeans or something.

Thing is it got barely any coverage in England. We don't matter apparently. In fact the day the verdict came down the English version of The Sun lead with some idiot from Blue's cocaine problems! Yet when somebody is murdered in England it's splashed all over the papers and news on BOTH sides of the border.

Seriously the English are worse than the Americans for having the 'the world stops at our border' attitude.

How can u judge ppl on what they wear or listen to?

Well there should be an opening to pre-judge within reason. It could be seen as a defence mechanism. Choose your friends wisely, for you will become like them. Initial judgment has to be on outward appearance thats how our soical instincts work, emotional intellignece allows us to make judgements, we're not robots programmed to follow 'logic' and algortithms
