"Say I have the drive to be one of the best in the game, right?" Bryant said. "In order to accomplish that, that cannot be the focus. The focus has to be on improving us as a team. Let go of those individual goals, because then they'll come back to you.

"That happened to me years ago when Phil first got here and we were winning our first and second championships. I just absolutely let go of all the individual accolades that I wanted, and it all came right back around to me. That is when I started getting recognition - as the best player in the game."

Kobe does all those things you just mentioned and he is clutch, more clutch than Lebron, are u telling me Lebron doesn't score 40 points and loose too, even MJ scores 63 points and lost, so what's ur point? i think lebron has already reached his peak. kobe has been on his game on and off but he has been bringing more heat than ever, probably a sign of his approaching greatest level of skill.

^ I would love to agree with you about Lebron, but I have to disagree, I think Kobe is the one who has reached his peak, Lebron is not even close yet, he is just getting his feet wet. Its scary how much better Lebron can still become, when its all said and done, I think Lebron would be approaching Magic Johnsons status of filling up the stat sheet, or even Oscar Robertson, now that is Scary!
