What happened to the Golden State Project (Xzibit, Ras Kass & Saafir)? Why did they split up?

If I remember correctly,

The album couldn't be released due to Priority not clearing Ras Kass' vocals on it, then Ras Kass went to jail. In that time Saafir found God and pretty much retired from emcing. Such a shame he was like the westcoast Cormega, so-so flow but great lyricist. Xzibit tried to persivere to release the album but couldn't, so he to scrapped the project and started the Strong Arm Steady Cru. Which consists of Xzibit, Mitchy Slick, Phil da Agony & Krondon.

I'd like to know what happened the the Likwit Crew album to be truthful, King T/Xzibit/Tha Alkaholiks/Defari/Phil da Agony were all members.

So they recorded an album? I didn't even know about that. I hope they'll release it one day because they were pretty dope together...
