Gnarls Barkley - Transformer, and Gunsmoke from NES

Okay so im listening to this Gnarls Barkley and get to the song Transformer and the beat is sounds very familar. So im thinking and i keep restarting it, and Gunsmoke form NES pops into my head. Im not positive cause i dont have an NES and havent played Gunsmoke in a long time....

i figured it out, and its from when u see the women who sells stuff like horses and ammo and stuff and u stop at her, the sound that plays is the same thing...
