Is a fucking legend. Yes it was only Burton Albion, but his performance was still magnificent.

He scored two, got two assists (and would have had four if Saha had played well) and got Man of the Match.

Joe Red > Theo Walcott

A legend in the making.

I saw Rossi play last year. He was only on for about 10 minutes. But I could already tell he was going to be special. He is so fast, both on the ground and in the head. I didn't watch the match but I saw the goals he scored and created. He is certainly a star in the making.

Now to get him on-loan at Millwall.

I think he will. Give him 3 seasons and he'll be playing 30 games a year for Man U.

Uniteds problem is their piss poor midfield. Fergie is insane if he thinks putting a half decent striker in centre mid, or a poor left back in there is going to solve his problems. They need a decent centre midfielder, if not 2, now. Graveson would have been an ideal stop gap, but I guess he though Rooney and Neville (Uniteds only consistent players, maybe Nistlerooy and Van Der Sar too) would be enough to win the Cup and come 2nd in the league.

Looks a good talent but doubt he'll get his chance at the highest level with Man Utd.

That's so true, and a big danger which could hamper his development. Ok, he's learning from some of the best strikers (RVN and Rooney) but he won't get many chances playin for the first team with those two fully fit.

The things he does in matches are the tip of the ice-berg. If you watch what he does with the ball during the pre-match warm-up its amazin, his feet are so fast and he's got sublime control of the ball. He just needs a good number of games at the top-level to be able to apply what he does during pre-match and in training, into the real thing.

He has plenty of time though. He's only 18. Ruud won't be at Man U for much longer. And with the amount of matches clubs at this level play there is always enough matches to split between 3 strikers.

It's Saha who has to worry. I think he's a superb striker who has been major unlucky with injury. And never gets match sharp due to him being 3rd in line. League Cup matches are all he gets.

he (rossi) played a full game last night, he is very fast. he played better than neville but i think neville is over rated

Can't really compare them. Neville is very understated.

I think Neville (when fit) has been Uniteds most consistent player for 3 seasons. He had a bit of a blip about 3 years ago for 5 games and got slated. But he is a model pro. And the best English Right back in years.

yeah that is true i know they can't be compaired but i think man u should get rid of him (like they did with his bro) was good to see ole gunner (ain't even gonna try and spell his last name!!) back though

They'd never get a full back half as good for less than 10 million.

Phil Neville was shit. And always has been. Had a few decent games at centre mid though, probably what made Everton buy him. Bet they regret it now. Graveson he aint.

I don't care who it was against, most of the stuff he did would have worked against any defender, whether it's Tinson or Terry.

It matters cos he wouldn't have had the space to play that ball to for Giggs' goal against any Premiership team. If it did work against any defender he'd be keeping Rooney out the team whilst gettin 2 goals and 2 assists a game.

G.Neville is alright in my opinion, i think in the Right back position Cicinho and Salgado are probably better.

Rosse is a good player, ive seen him play a few times, and looks decent.
