Uhh ... yeah , you should have said "some" , in the first place right ? because in the context of that sentence you are indicating that every African country participates in something like this. Anywho , since when is it part of constitutional law to stone someone anywhere within Africa? This is why i am saying your ignorant , your speaking on places you have no idea about. What these people did ,does not reflect how people deal with such situations in Africa , or anywhere in Africa , it was a senseless killing , and senseless killings happen anywhere in the world.
