i know people who do that. i know people who try to do that but they fuck up at the end and get disapointed because at the end they start to love the other one but that other one doesnt.

if you can separate sex from love than its all good.

I'm a bit of a cliche of a woman that always places an emotional attachment on sex... even if I try not to. I have had one or two casual relationships, but I guess I still wanted more. Ultimately though I dont need sex so much that I will waste my time with someone that has no deeper feelings for me or me for them.

Keco, when you said you can't seperate love from sex. Do you only have sex with someone if you love them? Don't get me wrong, it's a good thing if you do, most people i know have sex waay before they fall in love with the person.

I understand where you are coming from Amara, i understood that my 'fuckbuddy' had no deep feelings for me or me for him but at the time, i didn't want a serious relationship. i had what you could call a one night stand with an old friend and we carried on having sex for a few months. It was purely sexual stress relief for me. i was overworked and i guess i needed a release. I wouldn't call it a waste of time though, the sex was grreat!!

Ka69tie, that sucks ! i guess it is hard not to want more out of the relationship. i bet it happens to lots of people. i'm glad it never happened to me, i don't know how i would have handled it.

lol yeah it did at the time, i got over it though, it has happened to me a couple of times, luckily the last time it happened i stopped before i ended up getting hurt
