I think what she means is that if you drop out now, as opposed to later, it won't have an adverse effect on your record. Doubt she's threatening you to drop out or she'll brandmark your record

I meant that I think she was actually giving advice. She (wrongly) assumed that you were dropping out so she suggested that if you're dropping out you should do it npw and not later. Because if you'd do it right away it wouldn't affect your record as opposed to doing it later which would affect it. Seems like she's referring to the institution's rules, not her own.
If you decide to stay in the class she simply wants to have a conversation about your behavior.

It really depends. The average person in England doesn't speak proper English, they'll have a regional dialect.
Proper English tends to be spoken only by people who have studied the phonetics of the language ie. teachers, public speakers.

Americans speak the best english. We're straightforward and use good hard pronounciations. People in England use more slang then there is in hip-hop. They can't pronounce hardly anything correctly and I mean pronounce as it is spelled. I watching ths British egyptologist on this documentary and every time she would say dynasty it was like she was saying denesty. I couldn't help but giggle.
