AmerikazMost's ability to thrive on the forum has been unduely obstructed. I am hereby notifying the administrators of my intentions to sue under violations of Title 42, Section 1983 of the U.S. Code. The facts of the case are stipulated as such:

Approximately two years ago, the system for rewarding members for making quality posts--from here on out, referred to as the "rep system"--was implemented. Several months later it was shut down for abuse of the negative reputation point feature and the existence of the so-called "Neg Rep Mafia." During its existence, four members dominated the rep sytem, earning significantly stronger reputations than the other members. Two of the members, known on the message forum as "Rukas" and "Amara," were administrators. The other two were known as "bigmack" and "AmerikazMost," the plaintiff in this case. Although the administrators were frequntly repped by brown-nosers, kiss-asses, and internet admirers with unrealistic expectations of future romantic encounters, they interpreted their position at the top of the reputation ranks as proof of their authority and power. The other two members, however, injured their pride. AmerikazMost, a non-V.I.P. member who was on probation for breaking the guidelines of the forum, was constantly on their heels. In fact, at one point he surpassed Rukas to earn the second highest reputation on the entire board. bigmack, a strong affiliate and ally of AmerikazMost, was even more detrimental to administrators. bigmack rose to the top of the rep system not just one time, but also a second time after his rep points were erased, making a strong case for himself that he was the most popular member on the board.

Recently, the rep system has again been employed, but the board itself is different. Since the first time the rep system was used, both bigmack and AmerikazMost have become inactive. Today, bigmack remains such, but AmerikazMost has returned, stripped of his abilities to be repped.

Acting under the color of forum guidelines (law), the administrators abused their position of power to illegally seize the plaintiff's rep button. Therefore, the plaintiff will be bringing action under 42 USCS § 1983 for violations of his Fourth Amendment rights.

There's a few people in your situation... you go to Letter to the President, ask, and you get your rep button.

I think that you just lost 15 minutes of your life there my Tar Heel buddy.
