Foxy Brown skips court hearing

Foxy Brown skipped a court hearing on August 23rd and has been ordered by the judge to appear at the next session or face consequences.

The hearing was in relation to accusations cited by Rasheeda Ellis, a former consultant of Brown’s management company, claiming she was victim to harassment, verbal abuse and “terroristic threats.” Apparently these treats came after she attempted to claim pay from Brown.

Brown’s lawyer commented “Foxy says she's never had a problem with this woman.”

Brown is also facing a misdemeanour assault charge in New York after disputing the cost of a manicure with two nail salon workers in 2004.

Foxy Brown became the first female rap artist to debut at number one with her 1999 album Chyna Doll.
