Fireworks/Firecrackers for Halloween

Are Roman Candles illegal down in the states? I went to a bunch of firework stores yesterday and couldn't find them anywhere. It's said that they've been banned because people had too many "Roman Candle Wars" in the past lol..

All I bought lastnight was these jumping jacks cause they were cheap. I'm waiting for two bricks of bottle rockets tonight. The funny thing is, I'm most likely going to light them off tonight and after 9pm tomorrow cause I'm working tomorrow from 5 - 9 :sad: There goes most of my Halloween plans...



Anyone buy any crackers?...Discuss..

it depends on the state, each state has their own laws, firecrackers are illegal in some and legal in others. i can buy firecrackers like roman candles m80's, lady fingers, black cats, etc, here in florida but i cant in kentucky or illinois. fireworks are legal in every state i believe. they sell them at wal mart and the grocery store
