Technology Fifa Football Audio Files

I've tried everything to play these files.. I took them from different fifa football games.
Has any one got any ideas on how I can play 'em or do you know off a program that can convert 'em to wav?
There called ASF files but I've tried downloading different programs that claim to be able to play these files types but still, they don't work.
i think maybe there a different type of ASF file.

Are these from a Video Game? The first four blocks of your file is SCHI. SCHI is a ASF header. I belive it is maybe a BIG4 file. and not a Valid ASF file. I could be wrong.
