This is a really hard one for me because I love all MJ's albums. When I was a kid I would listen to nothing but Michael all day, every day. I must have seen Moonwalker over 500 times.
But, I'm really interested to know what will top the poll? The obvious guess would be Thriller (Over 104 million sold to date, damn that's impressive to say the least). But I actually prefer both Bad and probably Dangerous too, and I probably like HIStory just as much as I like Thriller.
I'm voting for Bad. It has a lot of sentimental value for me, as it was the first MJ album I had, I was introduced to MJ mostly via Moonwalker which contained mostly songs from Bad. I also can't think of any tracks I don't like on Bad, whereas, although Thriller has many unfuckwitable tracks like Billie Jean, Beat It, Wanna Be Startin' Somethin, Thriller, etc, I could do without the last track, Lady In My Life.
Also, MJ wrote most of Bad whereas there was a lot of co-writers on Thriller such as Rod Temperton.
The final deciding factor though, is the legendary ultimately amazingly dope fucking bad ass one of the greatest songs ever with the best music video ever to boot......Smooth Criminal.
And not forgetting one of MJ's greatest vocal performances on Man In The Mirror.
Don't just vote, break down why whatever album is your favorite.
Peace
