This is a really hard one for me because I love all MJ's albums. When I was a kid I would listen to nothing but Michael all day, every day. I must have seen Moonwalker over 500 times.

But, I'm really interested to know what will top the poll? The obvious guess would be Thriller (Over 104 million sold to date, damn that's impressive to say the least). But I actually prefer both Bad and probably Dangerous too, and I probably like HIStory just as much as I like Thriller.

I'm voting for Bad. It has a lot of sentimental value for me, as it was the first MJ album I had, I was introduced to MJ mostly via Moonwalker which contained mostly songs from Bad. I also can't think of any tracks I don't like on Bad, whereas, although Thriller has many unfuckwitable tracks like Billie Jean, Beat It, Wanna Be Startin' Somethin, Thriller, etc, I could do without the last track, Lady In My Life.

Also, MJ wrote most of Bad whereas there was a lot of co-writers on Thriller such as Rod Temperton.

The final deciding factor though, is the legendary ultimately amazingly dope fucking bad ass one of the greatest songs ever with the best music video ever to boot......Smooth Criminal.

And not forgetting one of MJ's greatest vocal performances on Man In The Mirror.

Don't just vote, break down why whatever album is your favorite.

Peace

Bad, simply on Man In The Mirror because that is probably my fav MJ song ever. And pretty much like Militant, Bad and Moonwalker was the shit.

After that I like Off The Wall, then Thriller, then Dangerous... But all VERY close to one another.

Thriller because when it came out i was too young to understand why i liked it, i just did. and Bad because i was old enough to understand it was a better album than Thriller, i agree with Ruk, Man In The Mirror owns, along with Smooth Criminal and of course the title track. but i also love Weird Al's Fat, that video is too much lol

Thriller's one song "Billie Jean" is enough to win this for me. It just seemed like a more consitent LP not to mention its the last image of Jackson before he lost his damn mind. I love "Lady in My Life", it is such a perfect ballad and his vocals on it are so strong. Bad is good, but I just have to go with Thriller...that album is the pinnacle of all pop music for a reason. Not to mention the videos for it revloutionize the music video in general ("Beat it", "Thriller", "Billie Jean")

Smooth Criminal is one of my fav. songs by him though.

It would have been great to have seen Prince and Jackson finish work on "Bad" as rumor has stated they were working on it but stopped....

I used to do the same thing...i would wear the penny loafers and dance and run down the halls like i was runnin away from them troops lol...anyway this is a hard decision for me..i'm stuck between Off The Wall and Thriller..both had classics and i listen to both still to this day...Off The Wall has Don't Stop Till U Get Enough, Rock With U, Get On The Floor, Off The Wall, Girlfriend, She's Out Of My Life, and I Can't help it, that's 7 songs that i love out of 10 songs..

Thriller is more than a classic, it is a revolutionary piece of vinyl that changed the music industry forever...Thriller has Baby Be Mine, Wanna Be Starting Something, The Girl Is Mine, beat It , Billie Jean, Human Nature, P.Y.T., The Lady In My Life, Thriller, and Carousel, even though that was only on the special edition, i wish they would release that full track too...so that makes 10 as well...lol oh boy...i think I'll go with Thriller because it has a broader range of song topics and uses many different sounds to boot...that is as hard as it gets for me no homo
