Anthony Hopkins.... especially as Dr Lecter, but also in Meet Joe Black he was good.

Actresses are harder to think of.....

Angelina Jolie... liked her in the Bone Collector, havent seen much of the recent stuff.
Renee Zellweger... as Bridget Jones was great! hehe.
