Faith speaks on Pac

biggie didnt try to rob tupac

"your jewelry you can keep it, that be our little secret"

That biggie line is directed at Pac when Pac claimed that Biggie set him up to kill him. The media said it was a robbery for Pac's jewels, so Biggie spits that bar, Biggie knew , and thats as good as holding the actual gun.

I've heard something like that before and I wouldn't really be surprised. I mean, it's obvious Biggie didn't want beef with Pac whether what Pac was accusing him of was true or not. It always seemed to me like Biggie just wanted to make peace with Pac, that's why he never responded to his diss songs. No matter what, they were boys back in the day so of course if Pac died in the middle of a heated beef that they never got to squash Biggie would be upset. It's not like BIG had any reason to really hate Pac ya know? It wouldn't surprise me if Biggie cried when Pac got shot, I mean, it doesn't make him a bitch for feeling sad for someone he was friends with in the past. Anyone in that situation would probably have cried too.

What kind of a nigga, that after Pac's death, released a diss song to him. It was called Long kiss goodnight. He didn't show remorse after Pac's death. U didn't think Biggie had anger at Pac? Pac fucked his wife and destroyed his name.
For example, my boy was real cool wit the other nigga, since kindergarden. My boy start making more money than the other nigga. The other nigga robbed my boy for about $700. Hell yeah, my boy was mad. He don't give a fuck about that other nigga anymore. So whatever happened to the other nigga, he won't give a damn.

I don't remember who conducted the interview, but I remember once an interviewer asked Biggie if he had anything to do with Pac's murder, and he was like, "I'm not that powerful yet." When I heard about that, I thought that was a pretty fucked up thing for Biggie to say, trying to insinuate that he wanted Pac dead but didn't have the means to do it but someone else conviently carried his wishes out.

Thats the interview with Sway. Yeah, thats pretty fucked up. Biggie probably wanted Pac dead. If I was Biggie, I would want him dead too cuz hes fuking up my life.

It's not like Pac was doing it for shits and giggles; it was clear why Pac wanted to destroy Biggie. Just think about how Pac said this in an interview:
Biggie forgot that same shit that made him wanna kick it with me is the same shit that's whooping his ass right now. And that's why when he talks, you can hear him in his interviews, he wanna say, 'I wish I could take the shit back,' but he can't, he already committed hisself to lying. So now, the only thing he can do is act like he don't know what the fuck is going on, and listen to it. Think! People have to think, if this was happening for real, would this be your reaction? Unless you was guilty.

I Remember Him Saying That Shit And His Big Mouth Is The Reason He Aint Here No More. Don't Get Me Wrong Big Was A Great Lyricist But You Can't Pop Shit On The Westcoast About A Man Everybody Loved Out Here And Expect To Make It Out Alive. He Should Of Just Showed Remorse And Watched His Mouth Cause When Me And All My Niggaz Heard That There Was Not Doubt In Our Minds That He Had Something To Do With Pac's Murder, Eventhough Maybe That Wasn't The Case Alot Of Niggaz Out Here Wanted Big Dead. He Sounded Too Sarcastic When He Was On The Radio Out Here

A lot of people felt that way. Personally I didn't want Biggie to die, but I had a strong feeling that he wouldn't be breathing for much longer. Down in Southern Cali, I remember a lot of people have the same feeling, and I'm sure it was the same up in the Bay.

And by the way, it's okay to not capitalize the first letter of every word. :p

He types it all in big letters and then it automatically changes to the 1st letter in every word.

Biggie had a few more direct lines in an intro to Long Kiss Goodnight that got taken out at some point. If you look hard enough, you might be able to locate it.

Regardless, Long Kiss Goodnight definitely was made after Pac's death (Big references his car accident with Lil Cease), and Long Kiss Goodnight has disses to Pac that are about as explicit as one can get without naming names. "when my men bust, you just move with such stamina. slugs missed ya, i ain't mad atcha."

Not to mention Puffy's outro.

If Biggie had put out a diss track on Pac like Drop A Gem On Em (which came out after Pac's death but was clearly made before his death), it would have been no big deal. But being quiet like a churchmouse until Pac died and then making disses was pathetic.

I agree with this. If Biggie was going to stay quiet, he should've stayed completely quiet rather than being silent until Pac died, then making subliminal disses, or he should've just been straight up dissing right after Hit 'Em Up dropped so it would've been like a real battle. Even Mobb Deep told magazines (while Pac was alive) that they would drop a reply to Hit 'Em Up. But are you sure Drop a Gem on 'Em was made before Pac died? I would think so, but there are a few lines that make me think otherwise:
Havoc: "Plus the fans that you got, wondering what's got you hot/ It's too not, knocked out the box and got rocked" ("knocked out the box" obviously means killed)
Prodigy: "You must've been drunk when you wrote that shit" (I was thinking this might be a reference to Against All Odds where Pac says, "This be the realest shit I ever wrote")
I might be wrong though, I'm just trying to play devil's advocate. Or maybe I had too many drinks at the bar.
