Everking - Crack Pipe Moods
everking were formed in 2001, with the bringing together of long term writing partners Shoot and Cod and accomplished guitarist Bez. This also brought together a combination of different musical influences ranging from hip-hop to blues, rock to funk and everything in between. These various influences were combined to develop the bands distinctive laid back style, combining largley bass driven riffs with spoken word style vocal delivery.
Using a mixture of jam sessions, solo and group writing, everking began to produce original, sometimes quirky, always quality music. everking released 2 E.P's and their debut album to critical acclaim and tracks from these albums have been featured on BBC Radio 1, Channel 4, The Extreme Sports Network and in a number of independent films.
Under the Angry Gentlemen Records wing, the band are currently concentrating on writing and recording their second album and preparing the acompanying artwork and literature.
Someone once said if music be the food of love, play on. If that's the case then the new album, Crack Pipe Moods is a five course meal followed by Courvoisier and Cigars. God created the world in six days, and on the seventh he grabbed himself a beer and listened to everking.
