As soon as I saw the thread title I knew that Ace of Base, Eiffel 65, Vengaboys were gonna be in here somewhere.

I was once present in a nightclub when the DJ randomly dropped 'Mysterious Girl' into his set. All the drunk teenagers were singing along. It was such a cheesy moment. Ugh. Peter fuckin Andre. My sister had his album. Disgraceful.

This music was fun and awesome back in the days. No matter how lame these lyrics are and how simple these songs are this music reminds me of my childhood and some of the most awesome parties/ beach parties ever.

Hahaha Casey. That's what I love. The music is cheesy, but people just love it anyways. As for the club story, shit, it's like that in every one of them. They play that 1 song that stood out, and everyone goes nuts and sings a lot.

It's great. We have 90es Euro nights here at clubs, usually on holidays, ironically enough, they're more successful than any other event. People I think just love the nostalgic feeling of their youth. Ours being the 90s.
