Well baby, I live in the uk, allied with america. I guess that puts me on top of the food and weapon chain. The fourth biggest economy in the world. There are a lot of people just risking their lives just to get into this country. Whereas I am a native resident, I think that makes my life is worth a lot more than a mere $1000 don't you? $1000 is pocket money to me.

I'm not actually saying that you're worth $1000 or less. The point was to show you that there are ways of applying value, even if they are entirely subjective. But then again, isn't all value subjective? I may value a pizza at $8, whereas you may be willing to pay $9.50 for it. Nothing has an "inherent" value. Values are assigned and determined by perspective.
