Emergency call


One single moment can reveal
What you didnt think to feel
These feelings, never really gone
Suddenly, shining like the sun
So bright that you cant deny
No way to hide, i dont even try
They just leave me paralyzed
Im on my own, im hypnotized
Staring in the eyes of my past
Memories, with the power of a blast
Will i stay, or will i fall?
Its my heart that i should call....

Great poem, it's very short, but u said lots of things in a few verses. I like it very much, maybe cuz I can relate to it in some way, speccially with the beggining. Very nice! :thumb:

I like things I can relate to and I could relate to what was being expressed in this poem. Great title! A concept that could be took from a lot of different angles (Making/Recieving. Calling God, 911, the vet, the local liquor store to find out if you can get there before it closes, lol). I'd love to take on this concept and write one of my own poems.
