a police officer that has a gun pointed at them (water pistol, bb, pellet, or real) does not have time to try and figure out if it is a real gun.

and yes, the world is better off with out this kid that is about to die.

the dumb fucker took a pellet gun to school for protection because he was going to get his ass kicked. thats a pussy as way out of a fight.
his next dumb mistake was pointed the gun at an officer. what the fuck do you expect to happen? you think the officer will take a bullet? run away?

i still have alot of questions about the fathers statement saying he called the police and told them it was a pellet gun. and? what the fuck is that going to do? where did he place his call too? the station? did he know his son took the pellet gun to school?

you should have seen the interview with the family on the local news. a bunch of dumb hicks. they even took out their bb guns and showed them off and talked about how they go out in the woods and play with them by shooting each other. wtf?

the media is going to tear this apart and not in a good way. the police did their job.
