can somebody help me out. i'm trying to find a song that they always play at work. i'm pretty sure it's called "drift away", but the problem is that i don't know who sings it cuz so many people have covered it and i haven't been able to find the version that they play at work. the hook goes:

"give me the beat boy and free my soul,
I wanna get lost in your rock and roll, and drift away"

The original was written by Mentor Williams, but performed by Dobie Gray. It was written in 1973.
