Its only a couple of us true fans that can say they knew the whole time...
all though im still unsure as to the validity of that video...

Even people who say they dont believe that pac is alive, have to question some things, thats why i love it. As for the video tho, shit is starting to look a bit creepy, so i aint watching it anymore. In other words, its starting to look fake, and the fact that those people arent the laws, proves my point. That sure enough looks like pac tho, probly took some video and did some tricks.
