Technology Downloading Question.

Sometimes when im downloading big files on my college computer,the download finishes and saves only a short bit into the download and sayes download complete.At the moment im trying to download a 171mb file.When it gets to 25mb it stops and saves and then sayes download complete.

I know its got sumthin to do with Cache.How do i change this?

The connection is timing out.It could be from the net connection,or the server you are downloading from.This has happened to me a lot of times.I suggest you use a download manager,they help alot,especially if the server you are downloading from supports resume.My favorite download manager is getright,you can get it from www.getright.com
