I don't know what all you people listen too, but this song is damn good. I'm sick of this bullshit Lil Jon, 50 cent, The Game crap I swear there is nothing or no one that can drop verses like Tupac. This is the kind of song you can throw in a club and have everyone throwing there middle finger in the air too. I had my doubts with TI never liked his rapping style, but damn he pulled out all stops on this track. I have the OG's to most of Tupacs tracks and this stays true, it has the pre-1996 sound and feel none of this fruity shit thats been coming out as of late. e.g. "lean with it rock with it" lame ass crap, I mean who the hell makes a song so crap. The beat is fresh, crisp and straight out of the oven for this song.

If this song is anything to go by i'll definately be pulling out the cash to buy it, hands down.

Up goes the middle finger with the 40 in the other hand.

Do you care that everyone but Pac, is on-beat?

He's only slightly off beat and thats if you listen to it hard enough. He's only off beat in the first part as well, after T.I's verse he sounds fine. I'd rather listen to this that anything else out there right now. Even a slightly off beat Tupac track is 150% than any other song out there at the moment. I'm glad this song isn't grim or so aggressive you could rob a bank after listening to the track, it's something to chill and bump to, throw it in the club and throw a middle finger in the air to. I've been on this forum since '02 I come back for every Tupac release and i'll say it once and i'll say again, Tupac is flawless in his technique and there is no other rapper since him that can move a person with his words. His words make you angry, sad, make you not give a fcuk about anything, he evokes emotion from any brother/sister willing to listen to what really matters in the song, him.

Everyone wants another All Eyes On Me album, it's never going happen.

We just want a dedicated producer who's going to work with Pac's flow and not against it. They can remix his shit all day if they'd do it without making Pac sound like an amateur or mixtape artist. These producers are getting sloppier and less caring about adjusting to Pac's flow, so that's what you get now, flashy new beats that don't fit his cadence...and it's so obvious when everyone else on the track sounds on time, but why not Pac?

Pac album releases used to be events for Pac, now their opportunities for new producers and awestruck newbie artists to yell their names out all over the tracks.

Hey, flashy is cool, but flashy fades fast. And when that fades, we're only left with Pac's flow, which we can't even sit back and concentrate to, cause that's been compromised.

^^^ I think everyone needs to realise this ^^^

As for the album, slightly disapointed by some of the guests, just cant picture what Ludacris & 2Pac would sound like together.

however, absolutely 110% thrilled to see big Snoop Dogg on it, Pac will be smiling down from heaven knowing Snoop is on this, so with all that said, very excited for the new album :D

Yeah i agree. Granted, I am with the majority of fans when I say that I would like an album of OG's instead of all these remixes with modern day artists that Tupac never knew or recorded with. Having said that, I would much rather listen to a remixed Tupac song than anything out these days. I just listened to "Pac's Life" and honestly, it's pretty good. No, it's not an OG. Yes, he is somewhat off beat in the first verse - it's not perfect. However, the beat is tight, 'Pac's lyrics are great. Even though the second 'Pac verse is from "This Life I Lead" it sounds much better on this song, with this beat. And Ashanti is great on the hook. And yeah, I am not a T.I. fan at all, but now that we know such artists are inevitably going to be on many future Tupac songs, I can accept it as long as the artist doesn't fuck up the song with a terrible voice, flow or lyrics and surprisingly, T.I. spits tight on this track. Having heard the track a few times now, I like it. If the other songs on the album are like this, I will not be disappointed. I have come to grips with the fact that the tracks are going to be remixed. As a result of this, many songs are going to be fucked up and ruined. But the ones that aren't fucked up - dare I say a few have been improved - (My Block) are a million times better than the best rappers in the game right now.

agreed

This is one song, wait for the rest of the album. But to discredit the entire song because a small part is slightly off beat isn't right. You listen to the OG's they weren't much better. The beats were so damn slow and sounded odd. This updated beat is far better than the OG, and everyone is hooked on a slight off beat, I mean shit who cares, it still sounds good, just not perfect.

If you want a comparison take a look at Twista, the idiot stops the whole song to do a freestyle in the middle of it, I mean shit thats what I call off beat.

Everyones so quick to find negatives to every new Tupac track. Too much hating.

The untouchable track wasnt exactly on beat neither, though it was close. since some of the first verse sounds offbeat it kills the listening experience. yes if your one of those people who looks out for the beat more than the vocals i guess its perfect, but pac being eevn if slightly off ruins the track for me.

I like the track but being a producer myself, I dont like how Pac is completely off beat on the first verse and chorus voice overs. On the main streethop page it claims Ashanti made an error by saying "Everybody talk about Pac's Life" which is not going along with the song. Thats wrong cause she's not telling people to talk about Pac's life....she's making a statement that everybody is. Its slang and people talk like that depending on where you're from. Don't get it twisted, I aint defending Ashanti's sideburn ass....I just want peepz to realize there wasn't anything wrong with that line.

Damn this song sucks big time. guess they didn't learn from LTTG and i hope the sales won't go that good. So that Amaru will come to mind.

I can disagree with what i say , but seriously this really isn't the shit you put out in the year of the 10th anniversary of pacs death!

we should all buy the concert DVD comin out the 30th instead of this album! That is actually OG material.

That's stupid. Everyone said that for LTTG and it didn't change anything. We're still getting 20 guest artists and, so far, bad beats.

I agree with you about tha 10th anniversary surprise. Why kind of surprise is this?

^^^ but LTTG went platinum.

But I still agree with you. If no one bought this album, they'd probably put MORE guests and MORE remixes because they'd think we didn't buy it because there weren't enough "MODERN" rappers on the CD. Ignorance.

^^y'all must be blinded if y'all think this wont sell. dont forget they've actually relased singles b4 the album release, and it aint no ghetto gospel shit its tracks which the mainstream is full of. at least they've got a few decent guests. like pac siad "its hard to be positive but why be negative!", i guess that applies to his music now too.

I'm half way thru Pacs first verse, off beat thing is crap - like someone said build the song around Pac's vocals not everyone else's. Ashanti sounds too high pitched for the emotion on the song, Pac's angry not happy. I get the feeling the producer wasnt paying attention to the direction of the song.
