Does anyone watch Initial D?

I just read about it on some Initial D website where some Japanese cats are eager to read the newest parts of the storyline (I guess the writer gets his stuff published one chapter at a time or something in some Japanese magazine until the volume is complete then all those chapters are released as an Initial D book) and provide a summary in English.
