Do you think its possible to rape a man?

But if you think of rape in a narrow sense, do you think its possible? Anyone remember that episode of Law and Order? Basically implied that an erection is a kind of knee-jerk reaction to stimulation and can occur even if undesired and was instigated without consent.

Erections are part of a physical process. Sure there is a mental aspect involved, but if the mental aspect is subdued through whatever means, then it leaves only the physical.

And you said until "she reaches orgasm". Well, that brings up another question, what constitutes sexual intercourse (coitus)? The definition given usually centres around penetration, it doesn't have a particular concerete end, only a concrete beginning.
