today has been one of those boring days where, while trying to keep an eye on the NFL playoff action, i've just been looking up random shit on the net. but then i came across these gems:
http://www.fmvworld.com/dangerousgames.html
this is a documentary about the controversy surrounding the old Sega CD/3DO Full-Motion Video game Night Trap, which i'm sure most old school Sega heads must remember (i used to be hooked on this game for some reason lol). it was a good view. and then i saw this and was blown away:

they have the entire full motion video from the game on the site! ah, the good old days, it brings back memories. enjoy :)

edit: for those of you that don't know the game, this game is probably the sole reason we have ratings on video games now. while relatively tame compared to the level of violence seen in games these days, this game was extremely controversial in the early 90's, primarily because of the use of FMV and real actors rather than animated characters. check out the documentary or go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Night_Trap to learn more

edit2: i should have mentioned it first, but you need quicktime or a quicktime-compatible player to view the Dangerous Games documentary, but they have quicktime and flash versions of the game's video

never heard of it or played it before.....but I do remember this really old TV show called "Night Court" lol..
