so they are currently tied for last place which i have never seen under the management of Paul Torre, so that they are only better than Kansas City in the AL...can they turn it around in time to still win and make it to playoffs or is this like the years following 1981 before i was born and the jinx of Don Mattingly was on?

and have u ever seen this in sports before like when a team is dynasty then following years they are bad...i mean post dynasties turn bad because the team is broken up but yankees really didnt break up they just reloaded on mercenaries...

also if the yankees go through a period like they did in 80's -90's who will be the poster boy for failure...im torn between picking Giambi and A-Rod but probably Giambi more since 2002 they havent won a championship since then...

the yankees farm system has been drained out for years, its nothing new these days

if theyre sitll this way at the end of may, then I'll worry. ive seen plenty of teams come back after one bad month and make the playoffs, so im not going to stress right now
