DMX in Made Niggaz videoclip??

At the end of the last verse of 2pac u see 2pac standing with his arm around someone who damn near looks like DMX. I think it is him, but is there anyone who can confirm it, cause i didn't know that 2pac hung around with DMX and DMXs debut album was released in 1998 and this video was made in 1996 so this made me doubt that it was DMX. Can anyone tell me more about this?

No he's not referring to Fatal.. watch the video again...

There is a guy at the end with the voodoo cane thing that does look an awful lot like DMX. Unfortunately I can't remember who it is exactly, but I know it's not DMX.
