DMX was arrested May 13th at Heathrow Airport, England, following an alleged dispute with airline staff.
Police reported that the rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, refused to secure his seat belt in during the final landing preperations of the flight.
Even after the plane had completed its final descent Simmons continued to abuse the cabin assistants. The captain was notified, who in turn forwarded the matter on to the police.
DMX was arrested when the flight landed at 12.00pm.
An official from Scotland Yard said that "Heathrow Police were called at 12.05pm on Saturday to reports of a passenger causing a disturbance on an inbound aircraft. The plane landed at approximately 12.15pm and a 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being verbally abusive to cabin crew."
DMX was released with a caution, which allows him to attend the secret launch party in London scheduled for May 16th.
