The hip-hop deejay's wife targeted for vile abuse by her husband's radio rival plans to sue her tormentor - and legal experts say she has a strong case.

In addition to suing Troi (Star) Torain, Gia Casey also intends to go after Power 105.1 FM and parent company Clear Channel Communications, said a source close to the family.

Torain said over the airwaves he had evidence that Casey - the wife of Hot 97's DJ Envy, aka Rashawn Casey - participated in group sex and demeaning sex acts.

"They are not going to let this go," said the source.

Torain was fired and arrested on aggravated harassment and child-endangerment charges last week after making sexual and threatening comments about the Caseys' 4-year-old daughter. He also hurled anti-Asian slurs at Gia Casey.

Kenneth Thompson, a former federal prosecutor who is representing the Caseys, would say only that his clients "are exploring all of their options."

Possible actions could include defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, legal experts said.

"There is a civil case worth significant sums here," said Pace Law School Prof. Randolph McLaughlin.
