I loved Vol.1, don't listen to it much but I love it and the Concept of it. can't wait to get my hands on Vol.2
 
i agree with hank. i think luda is one of the more creative rappers in the game now, especially since he is probably the most light hearted guy on the scene now. #q spot was a hilarious concept and video, and i think if pac was alive now he'd have collaborated with luda. that being said, i simply didn't like his song on the album.

my personal thoughts,

The album is rubish if they wanted to sell they should have made a book with his poems in his own handwriting THAT would have sold !
 
To whoever said the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony song sucks, WTF are you listening to? That song is the best Bone song in years. And by the way, Tupac didn't write the lyrics for this song or for most of the album. The songs are -loosely- based on his poetry. Besides the intro to "Power of A Smile" where Layzie reads the poem, the Bone song shares maybe about 10 words total with the poems it is 'based' on.

I recall it sold like 11,000 copies the first week and debuted at the lower end of the Billboard Top 100... as in it wasn't a commercial success. (I have no idea about the total numbers sold). I doubt Volume 2 will fair much better as it isn't really being promoted. I'd expect it sell less than 20,000 copies--who knows though...I could be horribly wrong.
 
this thread has turned out shit, no ones still done a review of all th songs just plain bitchin about the outlawz and own persoanl beefs.

can someone clear that up again..why has the recently leaked version of IF I FAIL a different melody ??? Was that the Og version of it ?
