I doubt it's napalm. Napalm doesnt "burn through" stuff. It burns very hot and sticks to stuff, but it's not powerful enough to act like lava or something.

Yeah, my friend and his friend made that stuff. You need to get it extremely hot though. Would need to hold a blow torch to it for a little bit.

I think it is thermite too now. I remember watchin a thing on the discovery channel where they burned through the hood of a car and then down through the engine block, shit was crazy. But I think they just lit it with gunpowder, not a blowtorch or nothing.

Maybe thermite but it really depends on what "stuff" is, Napalm will burn through thin surfaces. I only said it because it is very easy to make, not sure how to make thermite.
