Technology Desktop Backround?

I wanted to mess with the settings of my backround(make it stetched). But i couldnt figure it out, i thought all you had to do is right click the desktop and click properties but it takes me to this :

it looks like you are missing a tab there.

Yeah you're missing about 3 tabs. Don't know was up with that but something's wrong.

You do have admin rights on your pc don't you?

Click on start and go to run, Type GPEDIT.MSC
On the left hand side under User Configuration,
chose "Administrative Templates." From there,
chose "Control Panel", and from there, chose "Display."
Inside the "Display" area, you should see something that
says, "Hide Desktop Tab." Double Click on it then change
the setting from "Enabled" to "Not Configured."
Click "Apply" at the bottom, the close it down. If per
chance it asks you to save, go ahead and save. You
should be all set from there then.
