Again, Dante u have to much internet passion. U live in some fantasy world, hustling your little Pac bootlegs, and know nothing about the man. The 3/5ths compromise was indeed written into the original constitution. I obviously feel things have improved for the black race, but the undertone of that "thinking" still lingers today.
