Eating right and running many miles is the best way to do it in my opinion. Damn, the title of your thread got me hyped up because I thought that you were talking about chopping up some Columbian Gold. Just the thought made me grab my mirror out of the dresser. Actually a little nose candy for breakfast would probably help with your cause. It's not the cheapest way to lose weight, but you can sweat off the pounds without getting off the couch.
