No it's not. Blaine does the Balducci and then goes back and uses a crane.

The Balducci Levitation is when you stand with your back facing the audience, at an angle, and then balance all your weight on the ball of one foot while lifting the heel and the other foot off the ground. If you do it at the right angle, it looks as though both feet are off the ground.
