its not the governments job to make the right decisions in a persons life. if it were we would be n.korea.

what i mean when i say the govt can only do so much is that legally there is only so much they can do. they cant control your life. they cant hold your hand the whole way through telling you what to do to keep you on the right path. thats what parents and familys were for. the govt just provides a law to live by.

people do care.. but executing him wont do nothing but make the situation worse.... when LA starts recording a record number of murders again.. then the law is going to blame it on the youths...

when in fact the law created this problem by not intervening along time ago to create a safe haven for kids instead of just putting them in prison.. people talk about how urban neighborhoods are and there only answer is to put them in prison..

fed and state govt does not do enough nor do they care about innercity youth...

I sincerly doubt that gang violence will increase. Most of these kids that are gangbangers don't even know who the hell he is, furthermore he was associated with the crips so what do the bloods, salvatrucha, 18th streeet gang, etc etc give a shit. I know he has giving alot back to the community but he has killed people. Let the punishment fit the crime (eye for an eye). I doubt the governor will let him live. Only a matter of time.

Also recently the Sherrif's, LAPD, and the FBI are cracking down hard on gang members. They do early morning crackdowns on paroled and known gang members. I know law enforcement will beef up their enforcement on gang violence if it increases.
