Not to hijack your thread, but I'm actually starting my own restaurant.
It's going to be a celebration of Latino "culture". There's going to be a big fence surrounding the place, and you have to climb over the fence to get in. Once you get in (if you're not shot by the border patrol) you're greeted by waiters wearing sombreros and big fake greasy moustaches. Either that, or they'll be dressed as gardeners. I'm not sure yet.
If you want any sauce, there'll be a pinata hanging from the ceiling, full of little sachets of ketchup and mustard. And when you go through the drive-thru, instead of somebody asking for your order you just hear snoring. Y'know, 'cause Mexicans are lazy.
You could call it Spittin' Spic Burger. Not only is it catchy, it reveals their secret sauce, celebrates their heritage (Spitting Spic sounds kind of Native American) and leaving out the 'g' will appeal to the young as well as remind you of the illiterate Mexicans out there.
