Wow ok i just googled whether or not people who are blind from birth dream. Apparently they do have dreams however there aren't any visual components to their dreams. So they would dream of things associated with their other senses such as touch, smell, etc.

Animals do, my Nanna's dog used to dream coz he'd be asleep and he'd start barking or growling. I figured he was chasin a cat lol. Babies do because I've babysat a few times and the kids would be having nightmares. Blind people has been covered.

I hate dreams where people you love die. I had a dream my mum died and I woke up crying and really depressed. I actually thought it was true for a few minutes.
