this is the crazy african encounter version 2. this is a different african lady - not the tranny with the dolly parton hair. this one i've seen aroudn a few times and she does the same thing all the time and wears the same thing all the time. what she wears is a 1930s cotton picker dress. it's white, quite long, up to her ankles, and very cotton picker looking. all she needs is a floral brim white hat, and it proviude for a good history lesson.
this african lady is crazy. she stands in the same spot usually preaching some sort of rubbish every time i see her. and each time i see her i pause nearby to try make sense of what shes say but i can never make out what shes saying. she might not even be speaking english it could be some swahili dialect. or very heavily accented english. either way, i dont know, im confused. and i find that trying to comprehend what she is preaching is a challenge. and i like ot put my brain to this challenge. she once was preaching facing a lawn, while everyone walked past behind her where the corso was. this raised some serious WTFage from me.
