Coolest thing Ive ever seen at a bar

Ok thought Id post a useless thread like old times

Anyway, I went to the Casino Tuesday night just to blow a couple hundred (ok ok, I didnt set out to do it, but if I say I did I feel better about myself, haha), anyway, we have this bar there, and the drink prices go up and down like the stock market!

It is so cool.

What I mean is that, if everyone is buying beer, the price of beer goes up, but since no one is buying say, scotch, scotch goes down.

Seeing as I drink things the masses dont, it is very much a yay situation for me; and something Ive never seen, and Ive been to casino's around the world.

So what cool things have you guys seen out and about?

And yes, this is somewhat research material for future enterprises

I like that idea with the prices going up and down.. Went to a new spot over the weekend.. $1 bottles but their was a $5 dollar cover charge (ive NEVER seen cover charge for a bar before).. Wasnt that bad though if you do the math and the place was packed... Only spent like $15 and had a good time..

Havent been to a casino in a few weeks.. I got a comp for a free room at the borgata in atlantic city, but i can only use it on weekdays so im trying to take off maybe next wed or thurs.. I'm sick of playing poker online, its so much better live!

Does the price rise/fall stop at a certain point? Because if it doesn't it sounds kind of dumb, by that I mean if there's a mass group of people who want for example Cooper's Beer and the price keeps rising everytime someone goes and asks for a pint/jug/scooner. Then after awhile people will start to realize that it's breaking their wallets due to the price rise and be put off by the bar's system.

I know as a devoted Jack drinker that if everytime I went to grab a drink the price kept climbing, after awhile id say fuck this and head somewhere else.

Personally the coolest thing ive ever seen in a bar was a system that if you bought 3 drinks you would recieve 2 free which was good because that certain bar had cheap drinks. A great place to get slaughtered.

Stock Markets In A Few Places I been to In England.

If you want a cheap drink in England, go somewhere on a student night (eg In an area where there are alot of university students)

I know this one place, all bottles are a pound, all spirits are 50p a shot, and an extra 30p for the mix. You get fucked quick and cheap in there.

I went to this Rock club once, ladys got 70% off drinks if they walked around topless. I didnt even pay attention as to who was performing that night.

there was a Bar here that during the night, they picked one particular hour and at this hour Beer would cost 1 cent....thats right 1 cent, but could only buy it with 1 cent coins, 5 beers ? five 1 cent coins

For most of the ppl here its common to save or always have 1 cent coins with them, but in Brazil we dont give a fuck about this coins, its a cultural thing i guess (i save them nways its money for fucks sake)
