just use IDM (Internet Download manager) make sure your settings are firefox or internet explorer integrated and when you hit the page it should give yo the option to download.

Unfortunately (for me), when I try this Imeem uses some FLV file so you can't get the mp3 this way. When I try to get the file it its just a 143kb file .

Luckily, I found an .mp3 of it on a different website. Thanks for IDM. Awesome Internet Browser utility.
