What is something you cooked yourself that you were proud of?


I made arroz con gandules y pollo and it was awesome! Usually when I make it it's only mediocre because I have to use American ingredients as it's hard to fine the ones i'm used to cooking with. This time I ordered the right items off the internet before attempting to cook and it came out excellent! Even my mom and gram said it was good.

Yea, they aren't very impressive to a women are they.

Ive cooked bits and pieces but nothing i have been very proud of.

I can cook just about anything. Emeril Jr. I cooked some great dry ribs on the 4th. I love the whole 4-6 hour process on those.

Seriously, if you like pizza, burgers, chips, fried shit, steak, meat, any kind of shit that you would throw in a pan and fry. i am excellent at making that shit. i make good pizza because i understand how it's supposed to be proportioned

I can cook everyday meals...but only my desserts are impressive. I also like to make unhealthy salads...like the ones a california pizza kitchen that are like 1000 calories. :thumb:
