I didn't watch the new episode tonight, if there was one, but that snapshot is from a episode a loooong time ago. The date on the invitation was today. Whether they just did it and forgot about it, I dunno. Again, I dunno wtf happened.

She's been 12 the past 20 some years. The hell is she getting married for? Or to? Mohammed?
