Color schemes?

I may play around with the layout this weekend and come up with a new color scheme for StreetHop.com, anyone got any ideas (please use examples if possible)?

I may totally flip it and go for a white and dark red look or something like that...

Whatever you do, don't make it green (like futureproducers.com), it looks so boring and unproffessional.

LOL funny you should say that, I had a green layout in the works before, but then SOHH.com went and switched it up so I decided to stay away from that, I was using very similar greens. Think Xbox 360 green.

I picked a dark one, going to the Life section of this board is like laying down in the dark for an hour and then turning the light on. Dark is alot easier on my eyes.

That is a good place to go for schemes. They have a similar one to what we use now called "City Night."

Maybe Ill just stick with this one but tweak it a little more... Hmmm option for the poll added....

you should put some pictures of los angeles on the sides..where its free space. or put up pictures of a couple different cities/countries. bring in the different ethnicities...or like around the world flava u kno.

and switch up the colors 4 times a year..like the seasons. this is fine for winter..cuz u kno clouds n gray n etc.

and or put a combination of red n black on.

I like this one easy on the eyes, but white n red might just work.. Whatever happens I'm sure I'll get used to it.

a bright one that will help combat members like dante's eyes!!! id like blue or something. but if it aint broke dont fix it ya feel me, id say let it stay the way it is now.

Red is my favorite color anything with that is cool. Dont go with too much contrast though, that shit does hurt the eyes. Maybe grey and red? I dont know.

Seriously though, I like the current scheme. If it were to be changed, something lighter would be a nice change.
