College Students....Whats Your Major?

i'm majoring in Business Administration but i've really been copnsidering changing it to Sociology.

I'm studying business but I don't like it, I chose it the day before classes started. At least there are lots of jobs for people with a degree in that, and I think that after some time I'll start liking it.

Besides, I'm still young, and when I finish this I can study other things I like more, so I might change my mind in some time. For example, I love journalism, but there are not many opportunities for journalists here. I'm planning to study that after I get my degree in business.

Try not to worry too much about this, if you realise that your choice wasn't good you can change to something different any time you want. Being undecided is normal, just relax and do what you feel.

is the job that you have now relevant to what u did in college?
or was your employer just looking for a university degree?

Great question.

About a month ago I quit from DHL (delivery company) because I wanted to persue my carrer in which I studied. I was a manager for about 1 year at DHL and was working about 12 hours per day. I just could not take the hours anymore so I decided to give them my 2 week notice to get started in law enforcement. I saved up enough money in which I don't have to work for about a year or so; right now it is just going to the gym and running every day. I am just getting prepared before I get started in my law enforcement career. Hopefully if everything goes right I will be an LAPD officer.

So eventually (in a year I hope) the degree will be relevant.
