I want some different opinions on this movie

First the title 'Collateral', what do you think is the significance of this word? How does it tie in with the story?

Second, the scene where a dog (or dogs, almost looks like a wolf) runs across the street in front of the cab. What does that symbolize in your opinion?

well i don't know salty but i def like this movie, i like the feel of it, the way it was filmed i think it really does capture emotions well for a hollywood movie.

ps: i don't remember the dogs...

i rented it when it came out and i didn't see any dogs. even if i did, i probably would have forgotten by now. anyways, its a good movie suggest you see it

^ yea, its a great movie... Director Michael Mann, he directed Heat.. he did a great job with the colors, camera angles, dialogs.. and the chemistry between the main characters in both movies are excellent.

you know another movie which had great camera work, the colors and the acting... Traffic, this movie is great
